Will I keep Founder pricing if the price goes up later?
Yes. Your Founder pricing stays the same while your subscription remains active. Switching between monthly and yearly billing does not affect it.
Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Yes. Choose $5 per month or $50 per year when you subscribe through Stripe Checkout.
What does one subscription cover?
One subscription covers one company, one Inbox for developer ideas, one hosted Suggestions portal, and the Website Widget for that product.
Can I use the Website Widget on more than one website?
Yes. You can install it on multiple approved websites for the same product or brand. Every Website Widget submission goes to that SuggestionBox’s Suggestions portal and stays pending until an owner reviews and approves it.
Can I create more than one SuggestionBox?
Yes. One login can manage multiple SuggestionBoxes, with one for each product or brand. Each SuggestionBox is independent and has its own Inbox, Suggestions portal, branding, settings, and billing.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active through the paid period. It will not renew, and your suggestion data is retained for the recovery period described in our Terms.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. If the product is not useful for you, email support within 30 days after your initial purchase to request a refund of your first subscription payment. Renewal payments are otherwise non-refundable.
Does my price increase when more customers participate?
No. Your price does not increase when more customers participate or submit Suggestions. One subscription covers one company and one Suggestions portal.
Who processes the payment?
Stripe hosts checkout, stores payment details, provides invoices, and manages payment methods. SuggestionBox.io never receives your full card number.
